Vitality Health & Wellness provides comprehensive health options, which include both mainstream and alternative interventions. We specialize in consultative care for general medical issues, neuropsychiatric symptoms and biomedical intervention in the treatment of Autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Offering the security of a Western-trained physician in a nurturing environment, our belief that healing comes from within leads us to more natural interventions and therapies with the lowest side-effect profile.

We are strongly invested in conservation as part of our community responsibility. We have been a paperless office since opening in 2000. Our newly rebuilt clinic is solar powered and we are proud to be the first commercial building in Miami Beach to install solar power to manage our energy needs. Additionally, our clinic is completely “green;” having been built with reclaimed Dade-county Pine, non-toxic building materials and new materials from local sources wherever possible.

Locations

We are located on Miami Beach at 801 Fourth Street , just east of Alton Road and South of Fifth Street on the corner of Fourth Street and Meridian Avenue. From the I-95 go east on Interstate 395 until it turns into Fifth Street and continue East to the traffic light at Meridian Avenue. Turn right on Meridian and then make your first right hand turn on Fourth Street. Public parking is available on the street except on holidays and weekends; however, we have our own parking lot off the alley adjoined to the cottage-style house just West of Meridian Avenue next to our office building (heading West on Fourth the lot is on the right hand side of the road).

In addition to our Miami Beach location, Vitality offers outreach clinics around the country and the world. We see patients in New York City and California routinely. Additionally, we have an active out-reach clinic in Fort Myers and Hollywood, Florida where we offer intravenous infusion services. Dr. Levinson continues to do “telemedicine” by phone with patients in countries around the world and is occasionally available for out-reach care in other locations upon request.
